Information for wrongly terminated probationary and temporary employees
NTEU filed a lawsuit alongside a coalition of unions on February 12 that challenges the unlawful terminations of probationary and temporary employees. NTEU requested that the court stop these removals from taking effect and return employees to their positions.
NTEU needs information from the probationary and temporary employees who were wrongfully terminated. NTEU members received "You Are Not Alone" email on 2/19/2025. Complete the form in the email to provide NTEU with basic information.
